Meet Our Team
Hetal Gohil – Director
Based in Dubbo NSW, I’m a Naturopath who from a very young age felt inclined to study alternative medicinal therapies, using them to heal people.
I strive to learn all I can about this field, and regularly update my skills and knowledge in a variety of holistic treatments. To ensure that I provide my patients with the latest Naturopathic practices, I regularly attend workshops, training courses, in addition to working with industry experts.
I’m highly motivated and passionate, and I believe in bridging the gap between ancient and modern Naturopathy. This means making use of the latest technology, along with an ever-expanding knowledge base. I gain great satisfaction following the journey of my patients, as their health and wellbeing improves.
My qualifications include:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Advanced Diploma of Herbal Medicine
Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy Medicine
Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine
Masters of Health Service Management

Tosif Shaikh – Store Manager
I am a passionate retail professional with over 12 years of experience in retail management and currently work as a Retail Manager in the health food industry. I manage multiple Naturaheal/Go Vita stores across regional NSW, where I oversee daily operations, lead and support staff and ensure high standards of customer service across all locations.
My interest in health food and natural remedies goes beyond my role. Growing up in India — a country deeply rooted in herbal medicine and traditional healing I have always been fascinated by the connection between natural products and wellbeing. Although my direct experience in the health food industry is recent, I am highly motivated to learn, continuously build my product knowledge, and apply this understanding to better support customers and develop my team.
In my role, I focus strongly on team leadership, staff training, workforce planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, and sales performance monitoring. I enjoy mentoring staff, encouraging ongoing learning, and maintaining consistent standards across all stores to ensure a positive customer experience.
Through a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in customer health and business growth, I aim to contribute meaningfully to both customer wellbeing and the long-term success of the business.
Sally Arnold
I was born in the Central West, and grew up in a medical family—my father was a GP and mother a midwife, so health and wellbeing are part of my DNA.
Although I am new to health food retail, I’ve had a lifelong interest in holistic medicine and alternative health practices. I believe in living an ethical and sustainable lifestyle, as much as possible. My educational training is in Visual Arts and Design.During my time in Asia I worked as a tour leader, travel writer and researcher. I often visited local healers and sought traditional remedies for various ailments with positive results. I held a close association with Yayasan Bumi Sehat, a clinic in Indonesia that provides free midwifery and health services, including alternative therapies, such as acupuncture and naturopathy, to locals. I helped develop a charity partnership between my tour company and the clinic and would take tour groups to visit the facility in Bali.
I am an inquisitive person who loves talking to people, discovering new things and new ways of thinking, as well as sharing my own knowledge. Travel is my passion and I obsessively (so people say) collect children’s picture books.
Mariya Lui
As are sult, I gained different aspect of skills and experiences in administration, hospitality, aged care catering and retail.
Since I joined NaturaHeal,
I had the opportunity to travel out of Bathurst, and worked at the Dubbo and Orange stores on several
occasions but I’m based in Bathurst. Some people I meet at the stores have their unique health concerns and they share product feedback with
me. I am always learning something and love sharing with others. I
love all the products we sell and a customer myself.
